Vinification
Manual harvest end of Sept. Fermentation in stainless steel, maceration ca. 12 days, aged in used barrels and in tank, bottling beginning of April.
Recommendation
Braised meats, pasta, fried mushrooms, summer vegetables. A pleasant wine for everyday.
