Vinification

Manual harvest end of Sept. Fermentation in stainless steel, maceration ca. 12 days, aged in used barrels and in tank, bottling end of March.

Reccomandation

Braised meats, pasta,fried mushrooms, summer vegetables. A pleasant wine for everyday.
