Bouquet: intensive and fresh, warm with notes of ripe fruits. Palate: round and complex with ripe tannins. Spicy and mineralic, with taste of licorice and fruity aftertaste.



Vinification

Manual harvest end of Sept. beginning of Oct. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel, maceration > 20 days. aged in new and used barrels, bottling in January.
